The software platforms made available to you once you have accessed, downloaded or installed it (the “Fox Delivery Platform”) are operated by The Rider’s Bike House Limited, Mayor Street Upper, North Wall, Dublin 1, D01 DR94, Ireland (“Fox Delivery”). We are a registered company, number 734108. Fox Delivery respects your right to privacy, and this Privacy Statement (the “Statement”) sets out the basis on which we use, process, store, or disclose any personal data detailed below (“Personal Data”) that we collect from you or that you provide to us through the Fox Delivery Platform. Please read the following carefully to understand our views and practices regarding your personal data and how we will treat it.

 

For the purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (the “GDPR”), Fox Delivery Limited is the Data Controller of the Data you provide to us. Users are also Data Controllers for certain Courier Personal Data processed for their own usage.

This Statement, together with our Fox Delivery Terms of Use, Fox Delivery Cookie Policy, and Fox Delivery Terms of Service applies to both Users’ and Couriers' use of the Fox Delivery Platform, as well as to any services accessible through or connected with the Platform (the “Services”).

1. OVERVIEW OF THIS STATEMENT

We collect and process Personal Data when you use the Fox Delivery Platform. This enables us to provide you with access to the Fox Delivery Platform. You may choose to provide additional Personal Data, such as via email, contact forms, or support chat, which we process to respond to your queries, including employment applications. We are also legally required to process certain Personal Data to comply with Irish and EU laws and to fulfill our contract with you.

We may share Personal Data with limited entities and third parties as specified in this Statement and with law enforcement or public bodies if legally required. We store your Personal Data on servers within Europe; however, certain service providers (e.g., Google, Amazon Web Services) may use servers outside Europe. International transfers of Personal Data comply with GDPR requirements (as detailed in section 4).

If you choose not to provide required Personal Data, we may not be able to perform our contract with you, and you may be unable to use the Fox Delivery Platform or Services.

Your Personal Data may be stored and transferred outside the European Union (“EU”). Any transfers outside the EU will only occur where the EU Commission has decided that the destination country ensures an adequate level of protection in line with EU data protection standards, or where appropriate safeguards are in place.

We retain Personal Data as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or as required by law, generally up to 7 years in certain cases.
